How to complete silently install the sql server cu pack

I am tring to install SQL server 2014 SP2 CU12 with the below commandline parameters.

sqlserver2014-kb4130489-x64_0bb4efd4e10420e2c00869c4f11260fb5fe2f61e.exe /q /IAcceptSQLServerLicenseTerms /Action=Patch /InstanceName=MyInstance

But i still see the Setup.exe window open during the update.
