Hi all,
I am running a freshly installed Windows 8 Operating system (64 bit). When I run Sql Server 2014 (64 bit) Development edition, I get the following error message shownhere.
Compatibility mode is enabled in the setup.exe as shown here, still I get the above error message.
I went to windows update and tried to install any pending updates but the updates are failing as well as shownhere.
Any ideas why the error is happening and how to fix it ???
