SQL 2008 R2 - Errors updating or repairing

Hello Everyone,

I have SQL 2008 R2 SP3 on our SCCM 1602 Server (Server 2008 R2) and I'm having some issues.  I have tried installing some of the post-SP3 hotfixes and updates but they always fail.

One error snippet was:

"No matched disk size is detected for feature"

I then tried to do a repair of SQL and the main MSSQLServer repaired fine but all of the shared features failed.  I'm not as familiar with SQL, are there certain logs or things I should look for?
